Was okay for 2 nights - went to check in and was shown to a self check in station despite talking to a person. We also requested a high floor and it put us on a 2nd floor which was noted on booking so had to speak to another member of staff to get this sorted. Could hear doors being slammed all around the floor as well waking us up but for a hotel for a short stay it was okay considering the price.
