"accidentally booked two rooms for the same date. One booking was made two days before my trip, and the other booking was made earlier. No one told me that I had booked duplicate rooms when I checked in. I only realized it the next morning. I spoke to the receptionist, and she told me that if I requested a refund, the hotel would process it. However, in the end, I did not receive any refund. Because of this experience, I will not stay at your hotel again. And because of this issue, i highly recommend dont book this hotel !!"
