"Great breakfast, clean rooms and great staff."

"Not organized and lost our reservation even though we had prepaid and had several confirmations from Expedia and the hotel itself. We were told we were on a waitlist and after a 14 hour drive, had to sit outside the lobby for over an hour and a half before they resolved the issue. Rooms were not cleaned properly, and no one was available after 9pm when the office closed. This caused extra stress and anxiety about getting back before 9pm because the first night our friends returned around 10:30pm and their key no longer worked. They tried calling the emergency phone number but there was no answer. They ended up sleeping in their car."

"Yes. All was good. My only complaint was that I was not informed ahead of time that my breakfast was not included with my room."

"Breakfast was ok. Could be freshly made. Need fruits. Room cleanliness was ok could be cleaner. Overall painting is needed. Staff not so friendly. Towels enough for guests are needed. We were given 2 towels, washcloths and a bath mat for 4 people. When asked for more we were told they didn't keep extra on hand."

"Person at check in was efficient enough but not very friendly. Nonetheless we got checked in with no problems Cleanliness of room/bathroom was ok. Linens were good and beds were comfortable. However this hotel is very run down and in bad need of repair/updating. Items in the bathroom were rusting. Not a nice smell in the hallways. Breakfast was very basic and minimal. Eating area was small, crowded and not well taken care of. Have marked this hotel for not staying in again. I think it has has its day. "
