Great clean room. Contact with hotel pre stay was not easy to ensure the room had twin beds AI email replies and upgrade links which did not work, phone calls unanswered

Clean room. Staff all pleasant polite and knowledgable. Reception is Michelle so efficient and knowledgable, Restaurant staff all efficient, kind and helpful, bar staff same (sorry can’t remember their names- all made us feel relaxed after a tiring return journey to the UK. Thankyou
