"Location - Hotel is located on the Highway, Jabalpur City is 6-7KM away. Rooms - Best available in Jabalpur, enough spacious. Buffet - good, but not the best available in town. Room Service - very prompt Check-in experience - Not good. "

Rooms were not clean, Roaches all over the room, No water bottles placed even if you call and ask for water will take atleast 30 mins. Location is was ok ok. "Avoid going during the wedding season when guests come in dozens and you become a part of a loud Indian wedding whether you like it or not. The employees are much much better at service than their big metro counterparts. They treat you as if you are staying in their homes. Particularly at the breakfast buffet. "

My reasons for disappointment : a) I had to change rooms twice in 4 days - plumbing and other issues b) Cleanliness/hygiene an issue - saw a rat in their restaurant c) Took 30 mins to check out because room was booked through expedia - I could have missed my flight !"

"Good short stay for 3 days. Very centrally located hotel, close to all amenities. Polite, friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms and corridors. Good breakfast which I paid for separately. Overall very good hotel to stay for short work stay in the heart of town. Good restaurants within walking distance from hotel. Bit noisy in the front rooms due to main road. Manager Gladwyn was very helpful and so were other staff."
