"Room was good for the price. Mostly local tourists. The workers should act more professionally if they want to attract international guests and not knock on guests doors and ask them repetitively if you can take them to Australia to work and getting different translaters when you don't like the answer."

"The room is clean and staffs are so friendly. Unfortunately I had a pleblem that hot water didn't come from the shower but they had tried to fix it hardly. At that night they prepared for a bucket of hot water. Finally it could be fixed in the morning."

Had the opportunity to meet the friendly owner who shared his story about this Havela and its renovation. Wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Loved Mandala as well."

It looked like enough attention was not paid to guests, in terms of preparation of dinner (which took over 2 hours) and only one option in breakfast (parantha n curd). Also there are issues with electricity and we were left alone in the haveli. The staff and owner did not even care to turn the power backup on. "Key problems were that hotel wasn’t in the town advertised (it was in Ramgarh and not Fatehpur as advertised) and nor was the room we were allocated anywhere near the size or standard of the one advertised. We felt very let down with what we felt was a very basic and seriously overpriced room. Some other aspects of what was advertised also turned out to be inaccurate.
