Nickos was a great host always willing to help you out. I think something has gone wrong here. Why not leave my used towel as usual at the kiosk and receive a fresh one the next day? Everything else as I said perfect Thank you for your hospitality"

"We loved the self service stations for food whenever, and the number of bars was also great. Loved the number of pools and our private one with access to bigger pool was perfect. Only bad thing was We did the Candle Light dinner, which they forgot to setup when we arrived, so had to come set it up whilst we waited watching, forgot the candles, fairy lights didn’t work etc. Food was good at least. They kindly refunded half the amount due to this which made it worth the money in the end."

Everyone was great , … my only frustration in paying for all inclusive yet wanting to also see the island was everything shuts down re food at 9:30 pm .. including room service etc …. Also filled first day some sodas and such in the fridge however no way to open them as it needed an opener , and key card in the slot so when you came back at end of day fridge was warm, room very warm and stuffy etc … , beautiful place"
