"Enjoyed the four night stay in early May. Lancaster can speak for itself but the hotel was a good value. I understand why the pool was cold but the hot tub made up for it. Don't think we had a microwave in the room We were in the old section near the lobby. I liked the lobby and it had free coffee. I never could catch it full though. The lighting in the halls and room was a very dim yellow that gave a cozy but inadequate hue. Good area near many good things."

"Will not ever stay here again! Never stayed at a hotel that doesn’t have at least one chair in the room. We had a nice size round table and not one chair. We had to leave because I refused to have to sit on the bed the whole time!"

"I had a little trouble working the door because I neglected to push the pound sign after the numbers. Staff is available immediately on the phone. The entry is beautiful and smells glorious. The room seems more spacious than most motel rooms. But the greatest amenity of all was the lovely deep rectangular shaped tub. I would easily book at this hotel again. "

"No luggage carts. No elevator to 2nd floor. Very outdated--overwhelming with tons & I do mean tons of 70's "Country Decor". We had stains on the bedding. Although the sheets were washed putting stained sheets on a hotel bed is not appropriate--ever! The front desk employee was very nice. There's a restaurant next door which is convenient since no breakfast is provided."

"First stay at property. Would definitely come again. Staff were super friendly and helpful. amenities were nice the pool could have been a tad warmer. Wish the restaurant served lunch. But location has many choices for food and shopping."

"Was okay stay would not do it again. First off, it's an old building, I get that. But there is a vibe that if you are staying there it's not their first priority. They have 2 restaurants in the lower floor of the building and that's where they make their money. The front desk is only staffed 8-9 or 10pm so if you want assistance it needs to fall into that time frame. Parking was an issue as we were assured there would be parking behind the building for our stay of 3 days. But 2 of the times we came in at night there was not a space marked for us to park. We were told later we could park at school farther away but we were leaving the next morning and didn't want to haul bags that far. Also since it's an old building there are not the amenities you expect. No frig and bathroom was teeny tiny. We also had drainage issues with the tub. There was no plug but that didn't latter no one was taking a bath and the tub wouldn't drain properly. I asked at the front desk if someone could unplug it as soon as I discovered there was an issue. I was assured someone would take a look while we were gone but no one did. There is a quiet time frame from 12am to 7am. So be aware of that. Lititz is a lovely town and we enjoy it every time we come out to see our daughter who lives there. We have stayed at several places over the years and thought we would try this place. "
