"I reckon every time house keeping comes in they should replace towels and sheets , as we stayed for more then 3 nights and noticed the first time they came in they used the same sheets. We knew it was the same sheets because we took them off the first night and left it on the floor and we came back and noticed the same sheets were on the bed. Besides that we enjoyed our stay staff were very friendly and welcoming, Will definitely be back in the future. "

"Its okay, but flaws such as: - bug in our room - hair in the blanket (seems like it was not replaced from the previous occupant, hair was blond and we're not) -AC not working properly (we were told that its fully booked and they cannot transfer us to another room, good thing it was cold) - no actual staff in charge of checking the breakfast items, you have call the reception to request for refill, we even found hair in the apple juice I knew that we booked a budget stay, but we have been with other budget hotels and i've been to other Ibis location but its not like this one. "

"This hotel is in a convenient location in the central coast. Parking is free outside but is $20 a day if you want under cover parking. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. It is not a 24 hour reception place. The gym and pool are attached to the recreation club next door. Its a hidden gem hotel for this area. "

"Such a great room! Overlooked the "lake" but easy access to the beach and a beautiful view. The room was super clean, well maintained and quiet. The staff were so friendly and had great recommendations!"

"This was my first time staying in this apartment and i can tell you that this place was fantastic, I can't commend them high enough. I ran extremely late for my check in,which was amazing as they allowed me in before 2pm and I was able to receive a late checkout which was even better due to my situation. I have many local friends which came over and were blown away with the decor and just how beautiful the place was,as they were told by others that this place was terrible. They will all be booking in for friends and themselves for functions so they do not have to worry about driving back home. Reception was amazing when I called to explain my late arrival very empathetic and understanding. The kitchen was pretty good with all the utensil's the view from our studio room was amazing. The bed and sofa lounge was what we expected and everything was dust free and clean. The only thing that i could say was a small issue,was the water pressure in the shower. I will and have recommended this to all who are thinking of staying Close to Terrigal Beach. "
