The hotel was not what I expected. There was a clogged sink in the common area for 3 days that looked like someone had thrown up in.
The sheets on the bed were worn and stained.
The ac worked ok and the wifi was good but I wouldnt stay here again. I actually left early and stayed somewhere else.

Staff were amazing! Very difficult though to purchase a glass of wine despite advertised on menu. Disappointing/surprised that a 4 star hotel charged £4 for an accidental breakage of a coffee cup! Hotel was fine for a couple of nights stay.

It’s colonial design however a modern garbage bins in the room/ washroom strictly need to be touch less for hygienic reason. Here all bins is traditional design with lids on manual open/ close. i believe hygiene should be uphold over theme design.
Restaurant food could be improved on taste and cleanliness.
There are a lot of flies and small
insect in one of the food tray ( the bean sprout )

The hotel needs to update its facilities because it is already too old. It does not live up to it’s 4-star hotel status. We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. They need to upgrade the hotel and compete with other 4-star hotels in the city.
