The hotel is very nice, kept very clean and is in an excellent location for a trip to Manhattan. I would have given it a much higher rating if they hadn't added a charge on my credit card after checking out and being told I had no charges. If you stay there, be sure you get a copy of the bill before checking out or they will rip you off, too.

The walls are very thin; we could hear our neighbors clearly. I had already read reviews that the front desk staff were not friendly and for the most part, that was correct. The housekeeping staff were much friendlier. The shower would not drain so while taking a shower, you’re shin deep in water. The location was good (metro station are steps away) and although I have some complaints, this would not stop me from staying here again.

When I made the reservation it said in it included breakfast for two but upon check-in I was told breakfast was not included.
