Although check-in was heavy on a Saturday Night in New York City, Management Staff - Luna handled it with precision and perfection. Way to go Luna!!! - Great first impression - Great location - Great Staff - This is the place to stay while in Manhattan!!!!

The walls were paper thin and the room next to us were partying all night.

Window cannot shut completely and much noise outside. Wireless was not functional for entire stay.
