Website list memory foam mattress and a great price okay location. But mattress is a spring that should have been thrown out years ago. Four nights stayed hardly any sleep will never return

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were well designed. I would have liked more sound proofing between the rooms as our neighbors liked to play loud music. We complained to the staff who handled it perfectly.

I understand the check in is automated but no one greeted me to start the process or go over amenities.No expedia VIP benefits I was aware of. No "do not disturb" sign in the room. Woken up by housekeeping in the morning.

I really liked the shared spaces of this hotel. The lounge area was great for working, with lots of light and views. And the cafe, shop and restaurant are great too. For the rooms, I am a minimalist so I came in with my eyes wide open, but I was surprised by how minimal the room was. i.e. no bath mat, no qtips etc. I had to request those. And same w lotion. When i finished mine they did not automatically replace it. I had to ask. Could have just been a poor housekeeping experience?

the rooms were very small and I could hear street noise all night as the fan would not stay on.

Kind of an ugly hotel, overpriced, small rooms. I stay in new york all the time and this place just wasnt up to the standard of comparable hotels
