Room was perfect for 6! Spacious and clean. Front desk people were nice and helpful. They held our luggage after check out while we site saw all day, too!
Restaurant was horrible! They said the chef called out and they were trying to make due but food was wrong, cold, and badly prepared. Head waitress was apologetic in the face of bad situation.
Overall, I’d stay here again with family but not eat at the restaurant.

Great location for MSG. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and stocked. WiFi was acting up and some room lights did not work. Otherwise, great stay.

Great location and only a couple of blocks away from shopping and restaurants. There is a police station right across the street. We felt safe the entire time.

Overall great location and staff but the bedding and pillows looked very well used, stained, and dingy.

The property is very close to a lot of attractions . I didn’t like the lobby . It’s dated and look cluttered.

The food at Gastro was just ok. There weren’t enough employees working the bar/restaurant.

Great location for Penn Station. Staff very helpful and courteous. Would visit this hotel again when back in NYC

Great location friendly staff bar area very clean apps n drinks were nice along with all the employees. The premium room was a blessing since I had 6 22 yr olds and there were 2 bathrooms. Highly recommend this place.
