I loved the proximity to Times Square. The rooms were clean, though a little noisy as there were air conditioner inserts in the window surrounded by thin, painted plywood. The temperature of the room was also difficult as there was no thermostat and heat was controlled from outside the room.
The check - in staff were friendly and helpful. We had mixed experiences with the Conierge. The Concierge on the first day seemed uninterested in helping us in any way when we asked for directions, or suggestions. There was barely any eye contact and she was curt. The subsequest concierge was much more pleasant.
The fitness room was well equipped.

Internet never worked . So was not able to call uber and had to take taxi all the time.

Early check in was a nice surprise. Requests for anything from front desk was very timely. Luggage storage before flight was very convenient.

This is our second time staying at The Belvedere Hotel, located near to Times Square, a walking distance to go everywhere! You should consider to stay here!

Th Belvedere is my hotel in NYC. It has a perfect location and the staff is great. The rooms are excellent - some of my friends would like them bigger but I think the size is great.
