The room is very small for three people. The bunk bed is above the queen bed and is in the way of us getting in and out of the lower bed. The AC in our room was not working well and it was very warm at night. We do like the location of this hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind the limited space.

The room iwas like a cabin of a spaceship we couldn't move easily, no wardrobe, there was not a regular light as you'd expect in a hotel room, only a button under the tv that gave you a blue, pink or green kind of illumination that comes out from the corners of the room. The bed rolled up and down to economize space during the day, pretty uncomfortable in my opinion, There was a white transparent curtain not very clean to separate the room from the bathroom, not a door! ,No privacy at all. When you book the hotel you do it for one price , but then out of nowhere there is a complementary fee that you have to pay before leaving no matter what. Our room was pretty noisy due to the constructions around the hotel. Don't expect a fridge, a coffee maker, or water in the room.

The lady in the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. The design of the room is high-tech and fancy, though we have troubles controlling the temperature. The view from the bathroom is great. Though the room is not spacious, it is very compact and the space is used efficiently.

This is my second time at the hotel. I chose it because the location, near ground transportation, shops and places to eat. Also, for the check out/check in process that is very simple and fast. But this time I’ve noticed that simple details were missing, e.g. the room needs some renovations and attention to details. There was missing the translucent curtains in the window and between the room and the bathroom, the wall paint was scratched in some areas, there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room (I had to call to asked for it), there was stains in the overall surfaces and the rug. In conclusion, the pass of time and the need for attention to these details are notable before the deterioration continues and the rating drops. On the other hand, I would like to highlight the friendliness and courtesy of the housekeeping staff where my room was located, they were remarkable.

Just nobody about reported problems to the management nothing done , foid standard was poor as well just a bad taste in my mouth all round , nothing done for wahat was a all round poir experience.
