Room is really nice. Well equipped with microwave, keurig, small fridge, and desk. Staff is friendly and nice. Highly recommend this hotel. Very enjoyable time away.

Great great property. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious. Beds were comfy. My son loved the pool I loved it was peaceful and quiet. Everyone says we are a joy and it’s not I coincidental we stayed at Mount Joy Holiday Inn. 100/100 would recommend. It seems like a new property and I’m truly happy with the stay. Thank you to all the staff and and personnel even the front desks thank you

This was a great hotel to stay at! The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were updated and felt clean and comfortable.

The staff at check in was very efficient and professional. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. If you want your room cleaned or beds made you need to tell the front desk, or it won’t happen. Overall it was a good stay.

Nice place. Clean.
Great stay overall. The room was clean. The shower had great water pressure and the vents actually worked so the bathroom didn't get too steamy. The room stayed warm and the heater wasn't obnoxiously loud. My only complaint is that we had two adults for a two night stay and they only gave us one single cup of coffee in the room.

I would have given five stars across the board. The fitness room lacked a multipurpose cross cable or lat pull-down. To complement the complete set of dumbbells In addition, the mini store could have more healthy options to sell. I appreciated the quiet time rule within the hotel from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. My room as well as the hotel overall was CLEAN. The staff was first rate and very engaged to myself and the other customers.

Great Stay at Holiday Inn Express - Mount Joy
My husband and I spent one night here and were surprised by how peaceful, comfortable, and clean it was. We were told it was much quieter than it had been over the weekend (our visit was on a Sunday night). We had an easy check-in, and the room was spacious, inviting, and clean. It was easy to adjust the temp to our liking, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I recommend this hotel for its price point and what it offered.

This place is quiet and comfortable. It has a nice breakfast. This is our second time staying there. My issue is with the black ring in the toilet under the rim in the bowl. As much as we are paying for a room, I want the toilet to be clean.It doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned. I let the manager know as we checked out. His response was the cleaning crew didn't use a mineral stick when they cleaned it.I'm sorry but, I think some elbow grease would work wonders with or without the added stick.

Easy in and out from the highway also close to resturants and service station. Clean, comfortable,good breakfast. We were allowed early check in. The only issue we had was the noise from other people staying in the hotel.
