Hôtel décevant !
Séjour décevant .Accueil lent et peu convivial, personnel pas disponible, dilettante . Difficile d'obtenir un renseignement car jamais personne à la réception.
Lorsque j'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel au mois de juin pour réserver une chambre au mois d'aout, je n'ai pas réussi à le joindre,personne ne répond au téléphone, c'est pourquoi j'ai réservé via le site Hôtels . Le 19 aout alors que nous cherchions l’établissent niché dans la montagne, ne le trouvant pas( par manque de de panneaux nous indiquant le chemin) je l'ai appelé à plusieurs reprises, pareil pas de réponse !Heureusement des gens du coin ont pu me renseigner !Une fois arrivé , vers 14h 50 ,certes un peu avant que la chambre soit disponible à 15h nous avons attendu 10 bonnes minutes à la réception ( elle aussi mal indiquée ) avant que quelqu'un apparaisse.
Puis attente de 40 minutes avant d'avoir la chambre ! Lorsque que nous pénétrons dans la chambre , nous rendons compte que c'est une chambre pour handicapé, c'est à dire qu'il y a une douche sans pare-douche .Le linge de lit n'était pas biee repassé et matière trop chaude vu la température 31°. ( couette trop chaude, plaid sur le lit, peaux de mouton sur les fauteuils,parfais pour l'hiver mais en plein été ). Un séjour décevant.
Heureusement que la vue est magnifique .
Repas du soir trop copieux( on nous a servi des amuse bouche bourratifs et beaucoup de pain pour nous faire patienter). Mélange de saveurs pas toujours très réussi!
