Rico, I am sorry that you weren't informed that you could request stayover sprucing upon check in. I will let the front desk know for longer stays, to suggest this for convinence. Though, I am super glad the staff was attentive and accomodating I am sorry that you didn't care for our mattresses. They are brand new with very little use since installation. It is difficult to accomodate all sleep preferences but I will take a look the mattress in the room that you stayed in and just make sure it is up to our standards. I am so very sorry that you experienced a room that was not up to our standards. This sounds as if it doesn't meet our cleanliness standards. I would like to know if the front desk staff offered you an alternative room. If you could contact the hotel and speak with the manager regarding this, I would like to try to make this up to you. Thank you Paula! I have updated our Expedia ad to reflect one of our hot tubs is down. It is difficult because they only give you multiple choice options to select a closure. It does not give you an option to select one of two hot tubs are closed. I believe I have fixed it now though. The inside hot tub gets drained on Thursdays for a thorough cleaning. It's drained, scrubbed, then filled and appropriate chemicals added. This typically is back up and running by Thursday at noon. I apologize if you felt Angela was not being friendly. This will certainly be addressed. I am very glad you enjoyed the rest of the hotel and restaurant. I really appreciate the feedback! Have safe travels!
