"The partnering with Rosie’s for breakfast options was such a nice perk, and they have great breakfast burritos!! Comfy bed and great size of rooms. Love staying here. "
"Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always yummy with a good variety. I loved the free drink coupon idea. The room was very clean and I loved my room with the view of the river.
I can't wait to come back to stay!"
"No coffee makers in the room. Restaurant said it opened at 7 but no one ever came to table. No one greeted us. We left without eating. Bar never seemed to be open either. We drove down the street to Post Falls Brewery. No breakfast Sunday either. Very disappointing"
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spokane Downtown
6/10 Okay
"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The coffee was good. I know it is out of their control, but the unhoused people in the neighborhood (The 7-11 across the street) is not safe. I counted 25 people doing various things, with a lot of taking or exchange of drugs.
When I went down the stairs to the car on the La Quinta property there was human feces.
The hotel was fine, but I would not stay there again because of the neighborhood. I was concerned that my care might have been broken into with all this goings on."
"The hotel was an excellent experience, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptional. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations."
"We had to call 3 times to get our room cleaned, when we complained they said they only clean every 3rd day. They should have told us that at check in. We even spoke with the manager. I had to call again for clean towels and coffee. NOT once did they vacuum our room and our trash was over flowing and they finally emptied it the day before we left . We spent 5 nights there and it was the worst experience ever. We talked with the hotel manager and housekeeper manager and your staff is only as good as they are. They don’t care and it shows in the staff"
