"What kind of hotel that is so outdated doesnt offer a complimentary breakfast when you pay so much for a basic room? Offer a $20 breakfast in a restaurant downstairs for even more cost? Truly pathetic and will be staying elsewhere going forward where i can atliest expect a basic breakfast that is included in room fees. Was told at check in breakfast was complimentary in the morning then was denied in the morning. Thanks but no thanks "

"The room carpet needs work bunching in middle of room (tripping hazard) , the drywall and paint in washroom is blistering and peeling , not appealing , staff was accommodating and bhelped where they could , I’m a regular visitor to north bay , don’t know if I would stay there again , oh and the heating system was hard to navigate buttons warn out "

"Clean room and facility. Beds comfortable and spacious nice rooms. Only thing was that the pool was freezing and we asked numerous times for the temp to be increased as we were travelling with a girls sports team who wanted to use the pool. After 2 days it was still freezing. "
