"Well kept property. Emily at the front desk was very professional and friendly the day we checked in. Only downside was no USB charging port in the room. Had to switch alarm clocks with another room to get one USB charging port. Would stay there again."

"The room was really nice. I got the king size bed and it was very comfortable. The pillows were better than average. Also, the bathroom was a decent size, clean, with great water pressure in shower and the bath towels were plush. I liked the way breakfast was served. You get to choose ahead what you'd like and what time you'd like to have it ready and prepared. "

"The staff was friendly and the building was very clean. The bathrooms are really small and the toilet was very loud upon flushing. The only trash bin was a small bin next to the bowl room desk. The area of the hotel is perfect. It is next to the maritime museum, along Lake Michigan, and choose to downtown shopping. "

"Hello, I was very satisfied with the room and the updates and remodeling the owners have completed. Yes..the exterior of the building does show its age but they have made the necessary updates to the interior lobby, hallways, and rooms. The shower area could use some additional updates but it functioned and got me clean! Was happy to see the Security cameras throughout the property and exterior too. It was a comfortable nights sleep!"
