"We had a wonderful vacation stay in Wayanad with my family. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff took very good care of my family throughout our stay. "i had made booking for 2 nights (28th Nov to 30 Nov) with full payment. the hotel mailed me on 28 Nov stating that the room is not available for 29th Nov and asked me to cancel the booking. The booking was made for three elderly ladies and asking to cancel at last moment is unprofessional. The hotel agreed to arrange for alternate accommodation. My issue is that the hotel should have not let me book the rooms if it was already full. changing plans at last moment only causes unnecessary...

"Overall good experience.
It's a nice place for a lazy stay. only limitation is that the room I chose weren't facing the Banasura hills but I got royal family suite complementary for a day. Hence I can forget it.
