"Deluxe room excellent size and comfy bed . Bathroom did not have enough shower gel in bottle Staff lovely but out of depth with service at breakfast. Spa , only sauna and steam room in full working order . Pool and hot tub very good . Breakfast is abysmal . One coffee machine to serve all , items missing or ran out . This hotel has the bones to be really good but money needs spending and front of house staff who can support the younger staff . "
