"I loved this hotel. I would stay here again. Super clean, soft towels, comfortable bed and pillows, etc. The only negative is the parking. I got a ticket because my parking was only till 2:00 am. I’m sure it was user error on the parking app. "

"The apartment we rented had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty linens, dirty handprints on doors and light switches, and when we stripped the bed linens prior to checkout there was a blood stain on the pillow. Yuck!"

"First I wanna say the view was perfect and for relaxing with my wife with the view of the city at night was a great mood setter. I would recommend this for anyone. Only negative I have is diff coffee creamer an sugar selections no I'm joking it was great. I'll definitely be back soon. "

"We were a bit nervous about this location because we don’t know Pittsburgh well. Plus, there was confusion in our accounts that we used to make the reservation. So, we squirmed a bit when we didn’t immediately get information to get into the flat. We got that just 30 minutes before the eligible time to enter and while we were in the road making it tough to access and be sure we had a place to land for the night. "The place hit the spot. It provided exactly what we needed for our two nights stay while attending the U.S. Open. Clean. Convenient. A couple bars and Restaurants nearby. Air conditioning wasn’t working in the hotel bar, but it wasn’t terrible but if I had to dig it for something, that’s what I would do."

"Very close to the PNC park. We came into Pittsburgh to see a few baseball games. Parking is very confusing. Had no idea where to park my car to check in to the Hotel. I had no idea that I needed to head to Valet first. Other than that the weekend was awesome. On a side note, I left something in the room and it was initially very tough to find someone to help, but I was finally able to reach someone who was extremely helpful. Still trying to get the item back however. "

GREAT STAY

"Great location first of all. Not far from the Pointe. The Market. And walking distance to PNC Park. And the on off bus that takes you around. And a tour guide tells you about different buildings attractions ect. Stops right at the hotel. AWESOME LOBBY. My room was clean. The staff all were friendly. From the people that take care of the room to wait staff ect. All say Hi with a smile. If I can say one negative thing. But no biggie. Every hotel is different. I just wish breakfast was free. But the breakfast was good. Just like the free breakfast when you are already spending a lot of money around the town on vacation. "

Art Deco Style and Modern Comfort

"We loved our stay at the beautiful Kimpton Monaco. Comfort and quality. The staff provided excellent service despite a full hotel with four wedding parties staying there. Love the art deco theme throughout. Room was large and well appointed, bed super comfortable. Sunday morning breakfast service was terribly slow as was valet car retrieval. Otherwise all good. Would return. "
