"I actually changed my mind about my excellent review. It’s only the location that is excellent. Our first room had no heat and maintenance man was not able to fix it. I already have unpacked and getting ready for my niece’s wedding. We had to be transferred to another room when has a Keurig that does not work!! I was cold and trying to make tea. I was given a bottle of red wine yo compensate which I feel is not enough."

"Convenient location , making it an ideal choice for our swim meet weekend. Depending on time of day .. about 10 mins to pool. Ample parking, even with restaurant parking and an event in the conference rooms. Room was spacious, and clean perfect for our family. Noticed the clean white sheets , fluffy white towels, black out curtains and the convenience of being able to prepare our meals and meal prep in the room. We travel with our own hot plate, cutting board , water bottles, pots, cutlery/plates etc. The hotel breakfast was a highlight for some members of the family that could utilize with selection of hot/cold tasty options with fresh whole fruit. Small suggestion for families travelling for sporting events: weekend breakfast starts at 7 a.m., a suggestion of a bowl of fresh fruit mostly bananas visible at front desk for guests exiting at 6:30am would be greatly appreciated by swim families heading out for a typical early start. It is hard to travel with bananas. :) What really made our stay stand out, though, was the exceptional hospitality. My husband had an unusual request as he did some unexpected shopping, and the front desk staff, housekeeping team, and manager on duty went above and beyond to help locate items needed to safely secure some fragile pieces. Their kindness, resourcefulness, and willingness to help were truly appreciated. It’s the little things that make a difference, and the team here certainly delivered. Five-star hospitality from start to finish!"

"If you want to stay away from the crowds, you would love this place. Nice fire pit outside under large weeping willow trees. Heated pool and an old tennis court. The unit is bit dated but comfortable. Ten minute drive gets you to the most amazing French-Belgium Patisserie and coffee spot in Creemore. A Michelin restaurant is also there."
