Friendly and engaging staff. Facilities were clean but a bit worn and dayed. One of the queen beds in our room had either broken springs or bed support slats, but the check-out person did make a note of it for maintenence.

The staff at this property was exceptional. We were travelling with another family for a group event. Jill was so accommodating, allowing us to play cards in the common area, have our pizza, and socialize with other families. The pool was also just the right temperature and not crowded. We enjoyed our stay because of the wonderful hospitality we received. The property is older and could use some updating but it was clean and served our needs. Both Jill and Milo were great - they represent what hospitality is supposed to be.

I was disappointed by this hotel. The pictures do not accurately show the room size. The pool was closed and that is the biggest reason i booked this hotel. Our bathroom door stuck. There was only amount of things in the room for 2 ppl instead of the 4 i booked. I will not be booking this again.

The breakfast bar was less than appealing, the vending machines did not work, and on one morning there were people waiting to check out but the front desk staff had not come in yet and the overnight staff left anyway.

Upon arriving at the property i booked because there was a hot tub on site, come to find out the hot tub was out of service. Secondly walked in the foyer area to get to our room and it smelled like a literal bathroom. Lucky i booked a different stay for the night not long away. Def wont be back here..

After a great experience at BW last week, this was disappointing. Although clean, general condition was meh, with lamps not working, strange room configuration with sink in room entry opposite the rest of bathroom…..a step down from our last BW experience.

The first couple nights were great...the night desk worker was super helpful when our daughter got sick at 1 am...gave us all clean linen for the bed... housekeeping was great the first couple days...upon sign in I requested for clean towels daily and trash to be emptied daily...after the second day our room was bypassed two days in a row...I had to get clean towels late at night when we returned to our room...the pool was closed until the day we checked out...the vending machine was out of order...the breakfast selection was very minimal...there were no loud noises at night...which was nice...close to Walmart and restaurants...
