We had a really lovely night here. We came up to stay for a sports competition. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and made a special effort for us to have an early breakfast. The rooms were fine and clean. The rooms are basic but it's a good price for it. Beds were comfy. We ate in the restaurant, and the food and service was fabulous! Would happily stay again if I was in the area.

Fully recommend for short biz trips...

Only a 1-night stay on business, but the check-in was prompt and friendly, room comfortable, plenty of sockets for laptops, iPads, phones etc and the food in the restaurant (I had the meatball starter and combination shish for main), was excellent. Full English in the morning could have been a bit more impressive, but overall a good stay. Fully recommend for short business trips.

All staff were very friendly & helpful from reception, restaurant to breakfast room. Room was a little dated but served its purpose for a nights stay. Evening meal in the restaurant was very tasty and breakfast was sufficient
