"The moment you walked in to the room you can smell that the room was sanitized. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was cleaned. I would go there again."
"It was probably the best continental breakfast I have had in a long time at a hotel. We have to go to Grand Forks a lot and will be switching to here because of the breakfast. The pillows were a little stiff for my liking, but I am sure someone else loves it. Beds were nice."
"The staff and especially Stacey, were very accommodating and wonderful during our unplanned stay in Grand Forks. Gave us shopping, restaurant and activities ideas that were in walking and biking distance while we were waiting for our vehicle to be repaired.
Smaller hotel so can get more personalized treatment. Hot tub was the right temperature but the pool was a little on the cool side. Room was very clean and tidy and spacious, thank you Stacy!
Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks to choose from both hot and cold.
Would definitely recommend."
"The hotel was nice but the humidity of the pool made everything feel damp. The fan in the bathroom was under powered and the bathroom was fogged up all morning. Room was clean and staff was friendly."
"The arcade was literally 4 games. Don’t book thinking it’s a huge game room. And don’t book if you think the “gym” is a standard gym. It’s not. It has 3 cardio machines that’s it. No weights.
The pool was the best part of the hotel. Big beautiful windows. 3 hot tubs in the atrium are really nice to have.
Staff are friendly enough. They addressed our concerns in a timely manner. I think most were afraid of our dog though. Which for a pet friendly hotel is a bit odd.
The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It has the topical offerings, but no fruit. No waffles either. It’s food."
"We chose this place because we knew the pool would be entertainment when meeting my one year-old great great granddaughter. It absolutely was! She didn’t love the kiddie pool with the giant mushroom raining water option nor the bear slide, but we loved showing her this, and it warmed her up to be with us in the big pool. The lighting with big windows in the pool area was very nice, We also had a room with a living room room/suite entrance, which made it very nice to relax with 5 generations of family in one space & close the door to the bedroom for separation/nap time. The staff was accommodating on several occasions when we addressed anything with them. The gym equipment is a little dated but that was no surprise & yet it did enough for me avoiding a run outside in summer heat. Breakfast had decent variety & staff helped me out with more fresh fruit when I requested anything I had seen the day before. The foyer had a good scent going on & they gave out Otis Spunkmier cookies! We would stay there again, for sure."
"This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had one of the King suites with a Jacuzzi tub. It wasn’t huge, and the bathroom was kind of small, but the room itself was quite nice. The Jacuzzi tub worked well and was great. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the placement of the couch made it kinda nice to just relax and watch a movie. Breakfast was fairly standard, but when we were there the pancake machine and juice machines were out of order. Still enough choices that stopping for breakfast was worthwhile. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but the pool and hot tub area was really quite nicely done. The waterfall and Koi pond were an unexpected treat."
