"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. "The studio was amazing and the AC worked great during the heatwave. The only thing that was confusing was the check in process. Make sure you email them with when you are coming and they will meet you in front. The address is 3c not 3a so make sure you know which building to go to. The are not on the same side of the side street. Their elevator is out of order so if you cannot do stairs, double check with them that the elevator is fixed. "

The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Budapest's main attractions, while still offering peace and quiet. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality products.
