They have an amazing driver who took us for a tour of the materuni falls and coffee tasting . Chef prepared custom meals for a couple of us who are vegetarian . I decided to decline the Kilimanjaro tour operators included hotel and booked this hotel. The tour operator also recommend this hotel as the best in Moshi . Lovely pool with good views of Kilimanjaro from the pool deck. Lovely grounds to take a walk. Best however was the always smiling and friendly staff . "

"Hands down best hotel in Arusha. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Impeccable decor . Spacious lobby to hang around .Staff are excellent from bell boys to reception to dining room staff.Coffee plantation on site from which their coffee is sourced. Coffee is amazing and I bought some to take home. Grounds are immaculately maintained and the boys in the garden even plucked some Guavas for me. Beautiful pool. Breakfast was amazing with a wide spread . They have a workshop for people with disabilities at the back from where we bought merchandise . They allowed late check out on request . Every single person went out of their way to help to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend staying here. All my friends thanked me for booking this hotel for our stay in Arusha "
