"The check in process was just good. The location was good too, but it was too close to a tire shop which was super noisy. The room was spacious, but lacked coat hangers, no hair dryer, no phone to call front desk and when I talked to front desk about an issue, their solution was to move you to a different room. The maids were always talking super laud outside the halls, kids were running on the hallways. In five nights that I was there, I didn’t get a good night sleep. There was even an incident when I wanted to just take a short nap but I wasn’t able because a staff was working right outside my room (using a hammer). In addition, the hotel turned off the water and didn’t even made an effort to let me know that there was NO WATER!!!!!! Again, no way to communicate with front desk!!!!! Breakfast was just ok. Over all I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! It was a horrible experience!!!!"
