"Great stay! Beautiful place, clean and well maintained. 2 adults and 2 adult children, was tight but worked out well. Loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat! Was a quick drive to UW campus and loved the restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Beautiful neighborhood and felt safe!"

"Plus - spacious rooms, well appointed, lovely photos and furniture. Very comfortable. Minus - Basement! AC closed off, no access to yard, dark space and not as described on the site. Correspondence was slow and unsatisfactory. Overpriced. Also, the Ardvark process was circuitous and not transparent."

"When we arrived at the property, the front door's lock didn't work, so we had to enter through the back door. The property manager contacted us the last day or our trip to have it repaired while were out of the house, which made me slightly uncomfortable. I had read through the house rules, so I was aware that they had fees if the towels or linens were stained during our stay. However, most of the towels being white and of poor quality were already stained prior to our arrival. They were folded...

"We stayed here to be close to the Neptune Theater for a Penny and Sparrow concert. Great hotel. Clean, spacious, a kitchen you can cook in. fridge and freezer, great staff. Very pleased!"
"**THEY DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS!!
I made my initial reservation with a debit card on Hotels.com, and when I arrived at the hotel, they said they couldn't run debit cards. I've never had an issue like this before. I reviewed the policy given when booking, and it states, "This property accepts credit cards. Cash is not accepted." So here is your warning that although debit cards are not mentioned, they are listed as cash.
Thankfully, I had a credit card to use, but if someone is traveling without one or without enough on it, it could create a problem.
Other than that, our stay was quite enjoyable! The room was clean and the staff was helpful. There was a lovely older woman who gave us a recommendation for a breakfast restaurant, and it was fantastic! It is in an area where I would advise ensuring your valuable belongings are with you and not left in the car. "
