"This is an average hotel the room was fine, and the staff was kind. Being charged extra to park while it is only 10.00 it is still enough for me to look elsewhere next time I stay in the Seattle Green Lake area. "

"I arrived late but was easily accommodated. Let’s just say you get what you pay for and this place is not bad but not exceptional either so 3 stars it is. "

"Very pleased with our stay at the Hotel Ballard. Rooms were clean and comfortable and a juliet balcony a plus on a sunny fall day. Bonus to be able to overlook the farmers market and stroll up the street. Convenient parking and easy to get to main roads when needed. Would definitely stay again!"

"They set out logo buttercookies and fre coffee around 3pm and I enjoyed them. Front desk people were kind and helpful, and cafe was perfect for morning specialty coffee!"
"Highly recommend the host was accommodating with a last-minute reservation. Great instructions, easy to access, clean, cool aesthetic, perfect for a quick or long-term stay. Stay safe for one person, dog-friendly, and the host was easy to communicate with and even handled communication for my unique in-between Airbnb situations as a local really well. Would return and would definitely recommend to a friend."
