"When we arrived in our unit, i noticed that one of the Closer doors in the entrance was off it’s support and sliding on the floor. I was able to fix it.
The dresser drawers to put away our close were dirty so I had to clean them.
The mecanisme to one of the Windows in the living was broken, so the Window could not be opened.
The mecanisme of the blind in the living room was broken, so the blind was inoperable.
Our toilet had a slow leak, so it Kent refilling itself every thirty minutes.
The noise from the other units’ toilet flushing and showers was awfull.
To pay the price we did for that kind of unit is insulting and unacceptable.
Upon Check out, I requested a partial refund, but I have not heard back from them."
"Hotel is excellent and great value. The restaurant in the hotel (Roar) serves an excellent breakfast. Didn’t have dinner there so can’t comment on that. Staff are super friendly and quite attentive. Only one thing that may stop someone from going there, rooms don’t have AC so if you’re going in the summer that’s something to think about! Weather was cool while we were there so we had no issues."
"Very helpful staff! Thankful there was a continental breakfast available and a special treat of cookies every evening with coffee and tea available throughout the day. Lodge room was small but it was only for two people so managed fine. Gym well equipped. Restaurant served very tasty food!"
"Overall, it was a clean while maintain property. It lack of amenities. There were seating arrangements outside, but with the colder temperatures, no fire pits or heater or anything like that to help encourage you to utilize the outdoor amenities. Ocean views from the decks were nice, but when in the room, they're fully cut off and you can't really enjoy them."
"We really enjoyed the location, staff, food, and service, but the bed was horrible, outdated steel frame, squeaky every time you turned, and a veryuncomfortable mattress. We were told from our friends they had the same issue with their bed, the hotel should update their beds, also staff did not put out fresh fruit for the prepaid breakfast and we always had to ask"
"Great location, nice staff. Room was clean, good size, bed comfortable and great view. Bathroom door didn’t close, drape rod fell down and no fridge. Cooler was ok and the Maq offered ice. No elevator so if stairs are an issue beware."
