Péssima Solicitei que me colocasse em um quarto com silêncio porém estavam fazendo uma construção o que me fez não conseguir descansar nada. Dois dias antes fiquei em outro quarto que estava voltado para a rua sem isolamento acústico nenhum. Muito Barulho . Wi-Fi não funcionava no quarto apenas se fosse para a recepção . Triste

O hotel é bom. Só deixou a desejar na limpeza do banheiro que atende a recepção do hotel. Teve também um incômodo. Minha esposa deixou queimar a fonte de energia do microondas que atende no café da manhã e cobraram uma taxa exorbitante de R$ 100,00, sendo que este conserto não passaria de R$ 50,00.

Tive uma experiência ruim neste hotel, primeiro nos colocaram no quarto errado, mas como havia visto as fotos do quarto que reservei aqui pelo aplicativo, voltei na recepção e nos levaram ao quarto certo. No dia seguinte saí do quarto e saí do hotel, quando retornei a chave não abria a porta do quarto mais, aí quando fomos ver disseram que eu tinha quebrado a chave na porta e tinha que pagar o serviço de troca da fechadura, aí eu mostrei que minha chave estava intacta e que não fui em quem quebrei. Não nos foi cobrado nada por isso. Em relação ao quarto, muito úmido, porém muito limpo.
