"The surrounding is beautiful but there are many issues : No water flow No hot water No power- biggest issue Service is pathetic Cleanliness is not maintained- bedsheets, towels everything is dirty No shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel in bathrooms The water spray in bathroom is broken. "We stayed in one of the villas and it was great. The wood was newly polished and the whole room looked newly renovated. The bathroom was amazing with a sun roof at the top which lights up the whole bathroom and makes it look huge. The food was great, exceeded expectations since we saw some reviews complaining about bad food. If its a long weekend or something like that, expect a lot of crowd so meal times get crowded but nothing too bad. The only problem we faced was commuting from the villa to and from the reception since some villas are quite far away. They have a buggy and bus service but it takes time to come. So it can be a little inconvenient but overall not a big deal."
