"A charming, clean, spacious and well-managed guest house. The owners (Anna and Davor) live on the premises. They are always available if you have questions or need anything. Our flight to Dubrovnik changed at the last minute. After picking up our rental car, we arrived at Apartments Njiric at midnight (much later than planned). The location of the appartment is perfect, approx. 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik and also on walking distance from the beach where you find some nice restaurants and a small supermarket. The appartment is beautifull, very clean and fully equipped. A wonderfull garden and small swimmingpool. Dolores is a very kind and helpfull host. We hope to come again in the near future."

"Brilliant from start to finish. Originally booked for 3 days but luckily there was availability to add another 3 days. Amazing hosts - friendly, helpful, generous and attentive. The view from the apartment and terrace is what makes a holiday! Close to lovely beaches and also Dubrovnik itself. "

"What an absolutely amazing place. We have fallen in love with the hotel and the Island and didn’t want to leave. However we did have a mess up at check in which I think the hotel could have handled differently. We checked in ( after the stated check in time ) and were given our room but when we got to the room it was already occupied. We were told by reception to take a seat and they would look for another room. The hotel was obviously not full but we were kept waiting for about 2 hours. Personally I didn’t think the receptionist really knew how to deal with the situation. Anyway we eventually got given another room which was fine. The place is so relaxing that the check in incident was soon forgotten. Breakfast is basic but ok. All staff were great and friendly, but a special mention and thank you to Venus who looks after the beach, so helpful and friendly. By far the most helpful member of staff at the hotel. We will definitely be back "

"Kalamota Beach House is the most relaxing place we have ever stayed at. We stayed for 2 weeks and every second was pure chillout.. With only 11 bedrooms, you get amazing service from all the staff, everyone of them eager to please.. the restruant manager and his staff are really great with a relaxed manner, but professional at the same time.. The food is also excellent. The Island of Kolocep is very small, with no cars, but lots of footpaths which gives access to all points of the island, with stunning views from cliff tops towards other nearby islands which are reached by ferry.. If you want to stay in a small boutique hotel, with excellent food, really lovely rooms with sea views.. this is for you. On every point it gets a 10 rating, every member of staff wanting to help at all times.. Never had a holiday that has relaxed us so much.. we just have to go back to this paradise!! "
