The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a great night’s sleep, and the hotel offers a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. "The place was clean and well-maintained. Beautiful landscape with a swimming pool and pick-a-ball cords. The food at the restaurant was good, especially on weekends for the buffet. However, some front desk staff were not very friendly. For instance, on a Monday night, we asked for towels; you have to ask for them if you need them. The girl in charge of the service at the front office said they did not have clean towels because they were used through the weekend :/ Of course, we were disappointed because we paid for the service and needed them! Finally, later on, she went to our room, explaining she got some towels from other rooms. She could have made an effort to explain our options when asking for them to begin with."
