" Good breakfast, The only thing is when we arrived early, they can't take our luggage first and we had to end up taking the bus back to the train station to use the storage there and paid for the it. This is the only thing that I don't like it and we are not happy about this. All the hotels will take the luggage first when their room are not ready. This is they really have to accommodate their customers. "

"I was skeptical about the property when i booked it. Now after staying for four days and three nights, I can say it’s a great property. Very big. Rooms are decent. We had the mountain side view which was awesome as i could see Lauterbrunen valley from the big room balcony. Though bathrooms were not big, I was not small either. The breakfast served was awesome with great views and very big. I liked their coffee machine. They have a big restaurant witch has an internal access and is always well occupied. "

"Stayed only for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect for us. Walkable to most major scenic places and train and bus stations. The facility is great, but we find the room a little smaller for 2 people. Breakfast is good with a few choices to choose from and staff are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place.
