Appalling service

The hotel did not send confirmation or answer the phone so had to spend 2 hours with hotel.com changing to a new one. Luckily they were able to find us a room elsewhere.

If I could rate minus 5, I would. There is a house at address given with no one responding. Phone number listed as contact for property was answered by lady who said she knows nothing about hotel. I have never encountered anything like it. Basically paid for ….. ? Had to go down the street to rent something else

Fuimos primeramente donde ponía ubicación, cuando llegamos al sitio, nos dicen q allí no es, cuando pone el nombre en la puerta, nos mandan una nueva ubicación a 20 minutos del lugar, buscando esa nueva ubicación te tiras más de una hora buscando, ni un un seguridad de la zona sabía ayudarnos, después la propietaria nos pidió q ayudáramos a unos señores a encontrar la ubicación , ya que, se encontraron la misma odisea hasta dar con aúna casa particular donde la propietaria te da habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, sin pestillos en las puertas, agua en la ducha hirviendo, para que saliera un poco fría, no salía apenas agua . Para sacar tu coche se tiene q levantar otro huésped y retirar el suyo… No creo q este establecimiento lo tenga dado de alta para alquilar habitaciones como hace
