"The studio was clean. The TV had a good range of UK channels. The kitchen had a very old slow hob and the fridge door was the wrong way round making it difficult to access. The shower was small and cramped and the bathroom could do with updating. The balcony was a reasonable size but only got sun for an hour in the morning as it faced east. The hotel only had a small reception area and there was no bar. The only outside space was in front of the hotel which had a small pool and loungers but only got limited sun in the morning. The hotel is located right on a the front at Marbella and is very close to supermarkets and restaurants. Parking is very difficult and I would not recommend a car."

"Staff at LVM were generally kind and helpful and the property was clean. However, basic expectations for guests personal safety and privacy are being neglected. I found that my 'Double Comfort Plus' room had 3 loose or cracked floor panels that were clearly a dangerous trip hazard. I complained and was eventually moved to another property up the street which initially seemed ok, but that had faulty external shutters to the bedroom windows. Flimsy open mesh curtains offered me no privacy from the occupants of a property 5 metres away across the narrow street during the evening hours. I had booked well in advance and these problems were easily forseen so this is simply unacceptable. Following my trip I emailed the manager and also the reception team to politely express my disappointment which marred an otherwise pleasant visit to Marbella. After 3 weeks I have received no response at all. I certainly would not choose to stay at LVM again! "
