Stopped by for just one night while passing through. It was nice and comfortable. We got in late so everything was closed but we were able to enjoy the paid breakfast in the morning.

There were a few things that could have been better, but I will attribute that to it being a very busy weekend and they were quite overloaded. The resort is very nice and the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, as was the massages we booked at their Spa. I will absolutely return. It is very clean and with the restaurant, bar, and stage being on the property, it is a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carter Creek Resort. The facility was beautiful and very well maintained. The room was clean and very nice. My only recommendation would be to add a microwave. There is plenty of room on the counter above the refrigerator. We had leftovers on more than one occasion, but could not reheat them, so they went to waste

This property is so beautiful & so peaceful. Having a separate sitting area in the room is awesome!! The staff are friendly & accommodating. Old 290 Brewery, the on-site restaurant, has amazing food. The location is great for visiting Fredericksburg or Johnson City.
