"We loved our stay at the Illasi Dream Rooms. The house is situated perfectly by the village center, and there is a huge free parking lot nearby.
The space is beautifully decorated and in perfect condition, equiped with everything we required. And Elisa was the most wonderful host, very responsive and available for all our questions. She even made us a delicious apple cake and had fresh pasty delivered one morning to the house for breakfast.
Would definitely recommend this accomodation and...

"Charming. I stayed in a tent, it was very nice. At night a bit cold, but all in all a pleasant stay. There is some pride in the place. Some things may be a bit rudimentary, but for the price it’s all good. And clean enough. The tents were like new and spotless. "

"Fantastic location on a quiet street I. The heart of the old city. Lovely, modern, clean, spacious room with kitchenette. Very helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent for our short stay, and I highly recommend the breakfast! Who would have thought I was going to find the best pastries of my entire trip to Italy right here? The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very nice, helping us make reservations and book a taxi. Highly recommend."

"The Good:
The apartment itself is beautiful, exceptionally spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need for a multi-day stay. The central location is fantastic, allowing you to easily walk everywhere.
What Needs Improvement:
- Air Conditioning: While the unit does have AC, it unfortunately struggles to keep up when it is very hot outside. Especially the primary bedroom.
- Communication: Interacting with the host was frustrating. I sent several messages through Expedia prior to...

"We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. Such a comfortable master bedroom and a great size sofa bed in the lounge. Washing machine available but we didn’t need to use it. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Verona. "It was in a great location. We got lucky and found parking right outside. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was beautiful and a very good value for the money. Highly recommended"

"Overall it was a great experience, the hotel and pool are excellent, however we didn't understand the mandatory swimming cap for an outdoor facility but accepted. The other thing is the shuttle bus, which of course you appreciate it's free, however it's not that frequent, also have to wait at Gardaland park (or a lot of times even change for another bus), so a 10 minutes journey to the village becomes 45 easily which is a bit annoying. Taxis weren't available immediately either, if you were lucky when going back from the train station you could find them there but not always... Also we didn't find any grocery store nearby. Other than these everything was perfect. I guess if you have your own car with you, it would be a different scenario..."
"Reception staff were excellent and were extremely helpful when taxis needed ordering. Very clean and Rituals toiletries a nice touch. Breakfast was good and the pool looked good although we didn’t use it. The hotel is fairly close to Gardaland although feels a long walk in the heat. Otherwise, it is a fair distance away from the train station, public transport is poor, and taxis are expensive. Don’t use Uber-quoted 40 euros plus for a 10-12 minute journey. My lower rating than I would usually give is for the absence of a kettle in the room. There was not one available from reception either so you had to go to the bar for hot water. Inconvenient for anyone but if I had a young baby and needed hot water for sterilisation or a bottle, then really not ideal. On a related note, rooms which are numbered in the 4000s are quite a walk from the reception area, so when booking, worth requesting a room close to reception if walking is difficult for you."
"The Gardaland hotel is very family orientated.
The staff are extremely welcoming, helpful and the hotel has thought of every requirement needed for families with young children.
This is the perfect place to stay for young and old"
"Our stay at Homy living was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Lorenzo who made us feel very welcome. He left a beautiful message and bottle of Prosecco for us in the room as we were celebrating our engagement. The room itself. a studio, was very clean and spacious with views over the central location. Perfect location to explore Verona. The only slight negative was that we had to request for towels to be changed and also, hardly any TV channels were working in our room. However, I would still, highly recommend Homy Living Apartments and look forward to visiting again."
"The room is very clean and the staff were very helpful to answer all questions. The air conditioning is efficient, and this helps with a good night sleep in such hot days."
