The hotel advertises itself as great for travelers with airport but won’t check in people earlier than 4 even if the rooms are vacant and ready. The hotel was more than 1/2 empty. We were tired from trip but they refused to check us in earlier. We fly to Germany twice yearly. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again for that reason. If they changed the policy. I would"
