When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. "We stayed 2 nights. The first night was on a 1st floor room by a busy street. However, the manager was very responsive to our request to change rooms. Our second night was delightful. Be away no air conditioning, but this time of year (early June) was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. "
