Royal feeling

Very kind and helpful personal. They have upgraded the room for free. Vintage style. Great view from the terace. Close to the bazar and centre possible to park quite close.

Guy named Osman working in the property tried to rip me off , it’s a dirty place bed had dust from the wall looked like the mattress wasn’t clean bathroom is disgusting it’s just a terrible hotel would never recommend it .

If you have difficulty climbing stairs, definitely do not go. The room was not prepared. There was dust everywhere. There were not enough towels. The bathroom was a disaster. The shower area was not separate from the toilet and there was water everywhere. There was no ventilation. There was no mirror in the bathroom. The liquid soap in the bathroom had no cap. Do not waste your money.

Kahvaltı yoktu. Taş bina olduğu için içinde telefon çekmiyor. WiFi gücü yetersiz. Odalar otantik fakat tahta oda kapıları çok güvensiz. Kilitlense bile pek sağlam görünmüyor. Otopark kendine ait bi yer değil. Ortak bi alana koyuyorsun arabayı.

Otelden çıkış 11:00 olarak belirtildi. Sabah şehri gezip 11:00 de gelip eşyalarımızı alıp çıkış yapacağımızı söyledik. Resepsiyondaki görevli temizlik yapılacağı gerekçesiyle eşyalarımızı lobiye indirilmesini istedi, bu tavrı hiç hoş değildi. Sonuçta 11:00'e kadar oda hakkı bizde, temizlik biz çıkış yaptıktan sonra yapılması gerekir. Hiçbir otelde böyle bir tavır görmedik. Eşyalarımızı bir emanet gibi lobiye bırakmak zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca kaldığımız oda rutubetliydi. Sadece bize odamıza kadar eşyalarımızı taşıyan, kahve ikramında bulunan güleryüzlü otel görevlisinden memnun kaldık.

Tam bir fiyat/performans seçimi. Kahvaltı yoktu, merkeze aslında çok yakın ama sokakların yapısı nedeniyle biraz zorlanabiliyor ve kaybolabiliyorsunuz. İkinci gün alışıyorsunuz. Temizlik genelde erkeklerin sorun etmeyeceği şekilde diyebiliriz :) Personel samimiydi.

Stedet ligger blandt sten husene og hyggeligt område på bjerget, dog mange trapper. Mulighed for parkering længere ned af hotellet var fint. Hyggeligt om aften at gå rundt i området og tæt på bjergets centrum gå gade. Mangler dog udluftning på badeværelset, alt for varmt og fugtigt. Rengøring burde være mere i fokus. Pletter på sengetøjet. Personalet er flinke og meget hjælpsomme.
