Wir hatten ja doppelt bezahlt. Schlussendlich wurde uns der überzählige Betrag bar zurückerstattet. Generell war das Personal Desinteresse t und sehr unaufmerksam. "We stayed at the Torra for 4 nights. The hotel was impeccable with many small details that we appreciated-coffee machine, beach towels, sun umbrella and loofa sponges. We booked last minute so it was quite expensive however for the area (remote and not close to anything). The personnel were great and responsive.
