"A lovely situation however the restaurant was not open which meant driving to Cheticamp or Inverness. On the second day the power was off and remained off all day. We travelled around the Cabot Trail in warm conditions only to find still no power with no assistance or suggestions from staff. Eventually power returned around 6 pm. Shame because the area is lovely but service was non existent."

"Beautiful, new, clean, comfortable beds & linens, microwave, fridge. Keurig coffee maker with fresh milk/cream in the fridge, which was a lovely touch, as I hate coffee creamers. Laundry available after 5pm, which again is a nice perk when traveling for an extended time."

"The Distillery itself and the main building are beautiful. We stayed in a cabin and it was pretty run down and need of some TLC. The doors didnโ€™t close well, the beds were old and rickety and overall the cabin needs some attention. The grounds are stunning and the restaurant was good. The service in restaurant and check in was great."
