"If I could give lower than one star I would. We are Hilton exclusive travelers and this was not what we are used to at a Hilton property. The room was nasty, they did not give us waters at check in, there was no hot water for shower and they did not give us tickets for happy hour. It was probably the worst experience we have ever had. On top of everything the staff was terrible. Avoid this hotel at all costs."
