"A welcomed experience at the Grand Fergana Hotel. I felt all the staff wanted to ensure my comfort and for me to enjoy my stay there They achieved it ! They were welcoming, polite, respectful, efficient to the point of helping to carry my shopping bags to the room, and worked as a team. Thank you to all. It was clean, tidy, aesthetically pleasing ..especially with the antics of the peacock and his four peahens :) I would be happy to return again."
